I went to try their burgers but unfortunately their machine was down and they were unable to make any burgers or chicken sandwiches. I ended up getting my usual with the fried chicken instead and it was great as always :). I do not recommend the chicken tenders, it is not the same as the normal fried chicken and don’t taste nearly as good.

Great food and friendly service! The Chickenjoy was crispy and juicy, and the Jolly Spaghetti had the authentic Filipino taste I grew up with. A perfect place for Filipinos craving a taste of home and for anyone wanting to try Filipino favorites. Highly recommended! 🇵🇭😊

I had the best chicken today at Jollibee in Virginia Beach! I ordered the 2-piece Spicy Chickenjoy, Pancit Palabok, a Pineapple Quencher, and an extra-large gravy. Everything was served quickly, and the chicken was freshly cooked, hot, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Even though the restaurant was very busy when I visited, the staff worked efficiently and kept the line moving fast. I was impressed by how quickly my order was prepared despite the crowd. The food arrived fresh and exceeded my expectations. Great service, great food, and a great experience overall. If you’re in Virginia Beach and craving crispy fried chicken and Filipino favorites, this Jollibee location is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🍗😋🌟

A friend had recommended this place & when she found out Mom & I were going to try it out, she met us there. Be forewarned that if they're busy, you may find parking in the shopping center lot behind their building to be easier & faster than waiting on an on-site space to open. Because this was my & Mom's first visit, I placed my order online so we could take our time deciding what to try. That worked even better because by creating an account, I received a couple of coupons immediately. We both ordered the 2pc fried chicken meal that comes with 1 side, a peach mango pie, & a drink; we upgraded to the adobo rice & lychee tea (1st photo). I'm so glad my friend joined us because we wouldn't have known the brown gravy was meant for the chicken, plus we sampled the palabok from the family combo she'd gotten (she also shared the tip about adding lemon juice to it after mixing it all up). The palabok, chicken & pies were so good that I ordered the same combo (2nd photo) for dinner with my husband tonight. :-9 The only minor complaint I have is that with the first order, I got a text & an email saying my order was ready for pick up but it wasn't. Kumusta! Went to this Jollibee out of recommendation and it was a pretty good experience. The atmosphere was average for a fast food restaurant. The service is also the same as any other fast food restaurant. The food was good in comparison to other chicken places. The spicy chicken was a good level of spice and the skin was a good level of crunch. The mash potatoes were delicious and it’s hard to find good slaw but it was very good. We also had the pineapple juice which was delicious. All in all I would recommend Jollibee if you are looking for a good chicken place.
